  1. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

  2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can be in the form of an order confirmation email or invoice.

How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to proceed with a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
